Jops Now connects registered employers looking for registered day laborers and vice versa now. It allows day laborers, college students or those in between jobs to find work for that day. Day laborers can also make themselves available on the app so employers can find them based on skill set and proximity to a job. The app will fulfill the need for immediate employment without the need of employers and workers physically driving around in search.
